Nepal e-Governance enthusiasts to study Estonian e-governance

On 12-16 February an official visit to Nepal culminated with an agreement between e-Governance Academy and Nepal’s Department of Information Technology of Ministry of Science and Technology. The agreement enables knowledge transfer on e-governance from Estonia to Nepal in the near future.
The parties agreed to conduct several trainings to Nepal officials on e-governance in Estonia.
During the visit Arvo Ott also met local start-up entrepreneurs and discussed with leaders of Federation of Computer Association options to cooperate with Estonian IT sector and specially with Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunication.
The visit was organised and financed by Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
