Very special guests from São Tomé and Príncipe

Today we have very special guests from São Tomé and Príncipe, the state on the western coast of Central Africa. The high level delegation of Prime Minister T.E. Dr. Patrice Emery Trovoada visited the e-Governance Academy for an overview of our activities in cooperation with several countries and to discuss strategic partnership on e-governance. 

The delegation included: Dr Afonso Varela Silva, Minister for the Council of Ministers and Parliamentary Affairs, Dr Hermansson Maquengo, Second Secretary of the Embassy of São Tomé and Príncipe in Lisbon, Dr Rui Alexandre César, Chief of Protocol, Mr Adilson Madre Deus César, ADC of the Prime Minister and Mr Pedro Medeiros dos Anjos, Estonian Honorary Consul in Angola.
