The project facilitates, backs and enriches the dialogue between selected IT and public administration experts from following Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Belarus and Ukraine.
The project is part of the Eastern Partnership Regional Fund for Public Administration Reform. The Fund supports projects related to public administration reform and good governance with an envisaged overall duration from 2016-2020. It is financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ.
e-Governance Academy conducts following activities:
1. Four meetings with experts
2. Proposals to enable better knowledge transfer between IT experts and processes in public administration
3. Organising a final event
