The study visit was well coordinated. I knew about Estonia´s progress in modernisation and technology beforehand but it was reinfoced during my visit to the country. Estonia created its name by streamlining e-governance model for the whole world. You can´t replicate but you can customize it. eGA has good collaboration with government institutions on the ground and there is good outreach also in different regions in Estonia.
