The National Cyber Security Index (or the NCSI) gives a public and systematic assessment methodology on how national cyber security could be understood. The NCSI includes approximately three-quarters of the countries in the world, making it the most consistent and transparent index in the field. Public sector officers are welcome to contact us to update the data and upgrade the countries’ ranking. The Forum was focused on a new initiative of Ukrainian government ‘State in Smartphone’ and trust building in digital society while developing IT systems and public e-services. The Forum was dedicated to cooperation between Ukraine and European Union in developing digital society in Ukraine. We were glad to host 300+ attendees and high-level speakers from European Union, Sweden, Estonia and Ukraine.

The forum was organised by the e-Governance Academy and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine within the EGOV4UKRAINE project of the U-LEAD with Europe program.
