Smart governance and service delivery assessment

eGA conducted a brief assessment of the status quo of smart governance and service delivery in the United Arab Emirates for Telecommunication Regulatory Authority of United Arab Emirates. Based on the assessment, eGA prepared recommendations for further digital transformation in the government level.
