Digital Government Platform for Samoa

This project established a Digital Government Platform for the Samoan Government that works as a basis for the staged introduction of e-government systems and facilitates and helps to improve internal government efficiency and delivery of government services to the increasingly connected business community and society.

The project work included a comprehensive review of the current status of developments in Samoa, existing problems, evaluation of technical and professional capabilities, and use of international best practices.
