In Windows 7, you can find a program called Magnifier if you click on the “Start” menu button at the bottom left, type Magnifier (the first few letters are enough) and press Enter. A small window will open in which everything is magnified. By default, the program tracks the position of the mouse cursor. In Windows XP, you can find Magnifier by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnifier.

Digital Government Rapid Assessment and Action Plan in Jamaica
Jamaica is advancing its digital government transformation to make public services more accessible, efficient and responsive. To support this, eGA is developing a Digital Government Rapid Assessment and Action Plan. The project will help the Government of Jamaica assess its readiness for the next phase of digital transformation, identify key barriers and opportunities and define practical, prioritised actions for the short, medium and longer term.
The assessment will cover:
- Digital government readiness, including institutional, legal, technical and organisational readiness, governance arrangements and institutional capacity.
- Public service delivery, examining selected public-facing services and opportunities to improve accessibility, efficiency, responsiveness and resilience.
- Digital government foundations, with attention to interoperability and data exchange, digital identity, digital payments, cybersecurity, data governance, legal and regulatory readiness, institutional capacity and hosting arrangements.
- Government data sources and digital services, through the mapping and validation of key databases, registers, datasets and services.
- Priority actions and service use cases, including ten priority service delivery use cases and short-, medium- and longer-term recommendations.
The resulting Action Plan will support implementation and investment decisions for Jamaica’s next phase of digital government transformation.
The project is funded by the World Bank and delivered in close cooperation with Jamaica’s Information and Communications Technology Authority (ICT Authority).
