ENISA: Research of Awareness Raising Activities

The objective of this work was to support ENISA (The European Union Agency for Cybersecurity) in developing EU Member States abilities and capacities of cybersecurity awareness raising.
For that eGA experts analysed EU Member States awareness raising strategies and campaigns, identified stakeholders involved, and conducted interviews with the related stakeholders.
The research identified challenges and lessons learnt and proposed recommendations to increase effectiveness of national awareness raising activities.
