Support to e-Governance Reforms in Kyrgyz Republic

The objective of the Project was to support the EBRD with assisting the Government of Kyrgyz Republic in implementing the Reform Projects, in particular through bringing international expertise of the Government of Estonia and other countries’ best practices in implementing local e-government reforms.

EGA experts advised on three digitisation reforms in the justice sector: electronic notary; electronic patent (small business license) and electronic registration of companies.

Within the project experts reviewed legal and regulatory documents supporting the Reform Projects and technical deliverables enabling implementation of the Reform Projects.
