Recommendation for East-Caribbean countries
The project provided an environmental study for implementation of digital governance in Caribbean countries with focus on East-Caribbean CTU member states and suggested the best way to move forward towards increased digital governance.
While the underlying technologies and their management principles and the general roadmap to deliver digital transformations are similar by the nature of best practice and international standards, the local context – level of development, cultural, social, political and economic aspects – are the important factors for successful deployment of digital governance systems.
Our expert analysed and compared the situation of Caribbean countries based on publically available data, eGA methodology and research. This analysis was the basis of our recommendations on what could be the digital transformation vision for CTU Member States.
