Final conference of the project “Increasing capacity of local governments in providing e-services in Ida-Virumaa and Leningrad oblast cross-border areas”
The project e-G2C, within the EstLatRus pragramme is about to be finalized with the final conference in St.Petersburg and awareness seminar in Latvia, Rezekne (Nov 25th).
Final conference is coordinated by the ITMO (Partner 2 of the project) and content prepared by all partners.
The conference will be delivered next week, November 18 – 19 in St.Petersburg, Hotel Petro Palace.
During the 2-day conference we will introduce the EstLatRus programme and the concrete project, will analyse the needs for digitalization processes and introduce the solutions for cross-border archives. We have been targeting 3 LG archives as pilot ones – Narva, Kingisepp and Slantsy. All partners will reflect their thoughts and ideas about the work done and future possibilities for LG-s and archives to cooperate more efficiently, by increasing the means for electronic communication.
The eGA that presents the Lead Partner role of this project, will also deliver the presentation about Estonian e-solutions in digital society.We will look into the future trends of digital society in general and archive experts will discuss on best practices.
