Roman Matviichuk works at the e-Governance Academy as an Action Leader on e-services since 2021. He is responsible for preparing the methodology for the e-services of Ukraine.
Previously, Roman worked in various positions related to IT development in the public sector and local government, and in several international technical assistance projects in Ukraine, including the U-LEAD with Europe program and EGAP.
He has more than 10 years of experience in organising design, management, implementation of information systems in various levels of complexity.
Roman also has participated in the creation of several administrative service centers in Western Ukraine and participated in the development of Ukrainian legislation in the field of administrative services.
He is the author of several articles and tutorials on administrative services and e-government.
Roman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics obtained in Lviv National University (Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics), and in Finance obtained in Lutsk National Technical University. Has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration obtained in Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
He speaks Ukrainian and Russian.
