Delegations from Kenya and Angola focus on public e-services

The last study visits this year belong to delegations form Africa! This week we host a Kenyan delegation and a delegation from the Ministry of ICT of Angola.

Delegation from Kenya, from Vihiga county, headed by the county Governor H.E. Moses Akaranga  is here to focus on how to use more ICT in county management with relevant law adjustments. The Governor has previously held the Minister position on central government level and has very strong position on decision-making. As counties are very independent in Kenya from the central government and are therefore flexible in developing their own county-based e-solutions, we believe that this week in Estonia gives them bases for further cooperation with Estonian experts.

Four IT experts and managers from Angola: Walter Teixeira, Director of IT department,  Kelson Guilherme, Director,  Eder Semedo, IT expert and José Moura, Consultant are keen to get deeper insights about the Estonian interoperability framework and how different e-governance services are used in practice.
