Mykola Kozlov leads the the digitalisation of the criminal justice system within the DT4UA project since 2023.
Over the past two years, Mykola Kozlov has been leading the development of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System as the Head of the State Enterprise “Information Court Systems”. Among his responsibilities were the architecture, data model, project implementation plan and overall strategy for developing the judiciary’s IT infrastructure. Before that, Mykola was involved in developing and implementing e-Gov and e-Dem services for Ukrainian cities and communities. His achievements include projects for a smart city build-up in the capital of Ukraine. He also facilitated the implementation of cloud solutions for Ukrainian communities to manage various sectors of their economy effectively.
Mykola has over 20 years of experience designing, developing, implementing and maintaining information systems of various levels in public administration and industry. Throughout his career, he has worked his way up from a software developer to senior positions in IT institutions and organisations. Mykola has experience managing both state-owned enterprises and private companies, specialising in implementing information technology.
Mykola Kozlov graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and holds a Master’s degree in Process Automation from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering.
He is fluent in Ukrainian and English.
