Enhancing content
To enlarge the content, we recommend using the built-in functionality of the web browser: hold down the Ctrl key (Cmd key in OS X) and press the + or – key at the same time.
Another convenient option is to use the mouse: hold down the Ctrl key while moving the mouse scroll wheel. You can return to normal size by pressing the Ctrl and 0 keys at the same time.
All major operating systems include settings to increase the content displayed on the screen.
In Windows 7, you can find a program called Magnifier if you click on the “Start” menu button at the bottom left, type Magnifier (the first few letters are enough) and press Enter. A small window will open in which everything is magnified. By default, the program tracks the position of the mouse cursor. In Windows XP, you can find Magnifier by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnifier.
On Apple computers, to use zoom, navigate to: Apple menu > System Preferences > Accessibility (or Universal Access) > Zoom.

Main tasks:
Provide analytical and technical support for Ukraine’s digital identity and trust services (including gap analysis and recommendations) and contribute to digital identity architecture design and interoperability work.
Engage with Ukrainian stakeholders, support expert consultations and technical meetings, and facilitate coordination between national institutions and international partners.
Support procurement processes (including preparing technical specifications, reviewing technical requirements and vendor proposals) and international digital identity initiatives with research and technical input.
Conduct comparative analyses of digital identity, trust services regulation, and interoperability standards, ensure alignment with international frameworks such as eIDAS, and prepare analytical materials including gap assessments, comparison matrices, and policy briefs.
The suitable candidate will have:
Professional experience supporting government institutions or international digital transformation programmes (including preparing technical documentation and policy materials).
Experience working with regulatory frameworks for electronic identification and trust services (experience in technical procurement or infrastructure deployment is an advantage).
Comprehensive understanding of eID systems, PKI, trust services, digital identity wallets and interoperability frameworks.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a strategic perspective.
Proactivity, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English (C1 level).
Higher education at bachelor’s level or above, preferably a master’s degree in law, information systems, public administration, cybersecurity, or a related area.

Internships
eGA accepts a limited number of unpaid interns every year. The requirements are the following:
Internships typically last from 1 to 3 months
Preferable internship periods are between 15 January – 15 June and 15 September – 15 December;
Interns need to have or study for at least a Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to e-governance or the specific objectives of the internship (e.g. public administration, law, IT, political science, etc.);
Interns need to be fluent in written and spoken English, and knowing additional languages is a plus;
eGA reserves the full right to select interns as it sees fit.
Internships are unpaid and eGA does not provide any assistance with accommodation, visa applications or any other administrative issues. Interns will be provided office space and access to internet. Working hours and exact tasks will be decided together with the intern and can vary according to the personal qualifications of the intern, ongoing projects and other matters.
Examples of tasks for interns include:
Data gathering, processing and analysis for the National Cyber Security Index;
Data gathering, processing and analysis for research projects for e.g. the EU, the World Bank or other donors, on e-governance related matters;
Research and preparation of background reports on the e-governance and general economic and political situation in selected countries;
Editing eGA reports, presentations and publications, including translations;
Administrative and drafting support to project applications;
Logistical assistance in connection with the eGA annual conference and/or with visiting delegations.

Applications for internships can be sent throughout the year, however have to be submitted by 15 December for the spring period and 15 June for the autumn period.
