Enhancing content
To enlarge the content, we recommend using the built-in functionality of the web browser: hold down the Ctrl key (Cmd key in OS X) and press the + or – key at the same time.
Another convenient option is to use the mouse: hold down the Ctrl key while moving the mouse scroll wheel. You can return to normal size by pressing the Ctrl and 0 keys at the same time.
All major operating systems include settings to increase the content displayed on the screen.
In Windows 7, you can find a program called Magnifier if you click on the “Start” menu button at the bottom left, type Magnifier (the first few letters are enough) and press Enter. A small window will open in which everything is magnified. By default, the program tracks the position of the mouse cursor. In Windows XP, you can find Magnifier by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnifier.
On Apple computers, to use zoom, navigate to: Apple menu > System Preferences > Accessibility (or Universal Access) > Zoom.
Evaluation of e-governance capacity of São Tomé and Príncipe

Within this project e-Governance Academy prepared an analytical report describing the situation, next steps, medium-term (2-3 years) action plan and an approximate budget needed for implementing the relevant technical ICT solutions for developing e-governance in São Tomé and Príncipe.
During the project eGA conducts the following activities:
- Questionnaires to get statistics and brief information about the situation on the ground in São Tomé and Príncipe and the government’s future plans. The questionnaire includes questions about the way e-governance is currently organised at the government level and how responsibilities are divided between the various government institutions. Issues related to ICT infrastructure as well as legislation and strategy documents are also clarified in the questionnaire;
- eGA experts’ mission to São Tomé and Príncipe;
- A seminar for interested partners and stakeholders, where eGA experts give an overview of the Estonian experience of handling similar issues as São Tomé and Príncipe is facing and introduce the findings from the mission;
- An analytic report describing the situation, next steps, medium-term (2-3 years) action plan and approximate budget needed.
