ACP’s warm-up for Tallinn e-Governance Conference

Today we had a warm-up for tomorrow’s Tallinn e-Governance Conference as we introduced our governance systems and e-service flagships to over 80 delegates from African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States. During our visit to Estonian Parliament, the Government Office and e-Estonia Showroom they picked up some good thoughts:
– e-Governance is more than just IT – it’s a constant change in processes, politics and legislation.
– Impact of todays actions will manifest in 3-6 years.
– Success at e-Governance is not solely dependant on funds.
