eGA welcomes the delegation from Bosnia and Herzegovina
From 15th – 19th of September delegation from Bosnia and Herzegovina visits e-Governance Academy. The 13-members delegation consists of high civil servants from IDDEEA (Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
During the visit the Estonian practical e-government solutions and innovative e-solutions will be introduced. The participants will get the overview about interoperability and ICT coordination in Estonia. The knowledge will be shared on the topics like digital document management, ID card solutions, principles of data protection and open government concepts. In addition, the participants will have opportunity to visit e-Estonia showroom, Innovation and Business Center in University of Technology, IT and Development Center in Estonian Ministry of Interior etc.
The study visit is organised in the scope of the EU-funded Twinning project: “Strengthening the Efficiency of IDDEEA”. The overall objective of the project is to contribute to a reformed, efficient, transparent and service oriented Public Administration in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The purpose of the project is to enhance technical and human capacities of the IDDEEA. In addition, to e-Governance Academy and IDDEEA, the other project partners are Estonian Ministry of Interior and CSI Piemonte (Italy).
