Discussion in Rõuge on how to develop cooperation

Yesterday, experts from e-Governance Academy (eGA) and Network of Estonian Non-profit Organizations (NENO) had a discussion with local government officials and community members on how to develop cooperation and raise the efficiency of mutual communication.

The discussion took place in Rõuge within the framework of ”Open Government Partnership in Local Governments”. The project is financed through the Open Estonia Foundation by the EEA NGO fund grants.
