eGA introduces Estonian e-solutions to Turkmen officials

After several years we have now again chance to welcome officials from different governmental institutions of Turkmenistan.
Study tour project, financed by USAID, aims to cover the main examples of functioning e-government (ID-card project, X-road, e-cabinet, including e-services like e-police, e-school, m-solutions) and at the same time giving ideas for technical solutions in building up a good system.
Back in early years of eGA activities, supported by UNDP, Central-Asian countries were the main target areas to introduce solutions that make governmental procedures faster, easier to manage. After several years of pause, we expect to have more connections with Turkmenistan for future cooperation.
