eGA became a full member of ITL
On January 24, 2023, the e-Governance Academy (eGA) became a full member of the Estonian Information Technology and Telecommunications Union (ITL).
As a member of ITL, eGA wants to cooperate with Estonian companies in implementing e-government solutions all around the world. “Estonian IT companies have a very good reputation in various countries, because their solutions are the basis of one of the most efficient and advanced e-states in the world, e-Estonia. Within 20 years, under the leadership of eGA, we have carried out several joint projects in Benin, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan and Mauritius, and we hope that the membership of ITL will add new momentum to the cooperation,” said Hannes Astok.
In the years 2015-2022, eGA has outsourced IT solutions from companies worth more than 22 million euros.
ITL is a professional association uniting companies and organizations dealing with information and communication technology (ICT). It aims improve cooperation between the private and public sector.
eGA is an center of excellence established in 2002 that helps public sector organizations and NGOs to increase the prosperity and openness of societies through digital transformation.
