eGA to procure cyber security testing for Ukrainian public authorities
eGA announced the procurement “Security Assessment Services Involving Vulnerability Scanning and Penetration Testing” in the Estonian Public Procurement Register to find a partner for the penetration testing in concrete institutions and real e-services of Ukrainian public authorities.
The tests will mimic the techniques and methodology used by cyber attackers who have the intent to gain access to the network of the critical service provider. As the result of tests, Ukrainian public authorities will be aware of the status quo of e-services security. Moreover, they will receive concrete recommendations on how to surpass potential security risks.
The mobile app of online public services portal DIIA and the state portal of building and construction are the first test objects.
eGA’s counterpart in the testing is the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
The testing will be conducted within the project “Cyber security readiness in Ukrainian public authorities”.
