Minister of Mali participates on e-governance training

Minister of Digital Economy and Communication of Mali, Mr. Mountaga Tall with his delegation participated on a five-day training session on e-government framework, electronic identification, digital signing and open governance from October 31 to November 5.

The Minister met with Mr. Väino Reinart, Undersecretary, Economic and Development Affairs of the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Mr. Kristen Michal, Minister of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure. The delegation visited government institutions that are coordinating or managing most influencial e-governance tasks and Estonian IT companies that have implemented e-government IT solutions for Estonian government as well as abroad.
