Her combination of e-governance knowledge, instructional design expertise and visual communication skills supports the creation of scalable, accessible and engaging digital learning experiences.

Before joining eGA, she worked as an e-learning project manager and instructional designer at Äripäev, an Estonian business media company, where she developed numerous online courses on topics including cybersecurity, data protection and green skills. Her earlier experience as a vocational teacher and adult educator provides her with a strong foundation in adult learning, blended learning and inclusive course design.

Marge holds a Master of Science in e-Governance Technologies and Services from Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design from the Digital Learning Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the Estonian Academy of Arts.
