On this website, it is possible to change the contrast of the content to make reading easier.
To enlarge the content, we recommend using the built-in functionality of the web browser: hold down the Ctrl key (Cmd key in OS X) and press the + or – key at the same time.
Another convenient option is to use the mouse: hold down the Ctrl key while moving the mouse scroll wheel. You can return to normal size by pressing the Ctrl and 0 keys at the same time.
All major operating systems include settings to increase the content displayed on the screen.
In Windows 7, you can find a program called Magnifier if you click on the “Start” menu button at the bottom left, type Magnifier (the first few letters are enough) and press Enter. A small window will open in which everything is magnified. By default, the program tracks the position of the mouse cursor. In Windows XP, you can find Magnifier by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnifier.
On Apple computers, to use zoom, navigate to: Apple menu > System Preferences > Accessibility (or Universal Access) > Zoom.
Yaroslav Dorohyi is a Senior Expert in Information Technology Management (Digital Services Competence Centre) at the e-Governance Academy, where he has been employed since 2025. With over twenty years of experience in developing information systems and corporate computer networks and ten years in designing and implementing interoperability systems, he brings extensive expertise to his role.
Yaroslav led the design, development, and implementation of the unified information system for the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Ukraine. His expertise also encompasses information system lifecycle management, including drafting regulatory and legal frameworks for national information systems, e-services, and web services for state registries.
In addition to his professional work, Yaroslav has been actively engaged in teaching, as well as scientific research activities in information protection, cybersecurity, and information systems. He has taught at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute,” Donetsk National Technical University, and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Yaroslav is the author of over 250 research publications.
He holds a PhD in Information Technologies, a D.Sc. in Technical Sciences, and a certificate of Professor in Applied Mathematics and Informatics.
