On this website, it is possible to change the contrast of the content to make reading easier.
To enlarge the content, we recommend using the built-in functionality of the web browser: hold down the Ctrl key (Cmd key in OS X) and press the + or – key at the same time.
Another convenient option is to use the mouse: hold down the Ctrl key while moving the mouse scroll wheel. You can return to normal size by pressing the Ctrl and 0 keys at the same time.
All major operating systems include settings to increase the content displayed on the screen.
In Windows 7, you can find a program called Magnifier if you click on the “Start” menu button at the bottom left, type Magnifier (the first few letters are enough) and press Enter. A small window will open in which everything is magnified. By default, the program tracks the position of the mouse cursor. In Windows XP, you can find Magnifier by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnifier.
On Apple computers, to use zoom, navigate to: Apple menu > System Preferences > Accessibility (or Universal Access) > Zoom.
Triinu Raigna is a Training Expert and Project Manager at the e-Governance Academy (eGA), with more than 10 years of international experience in designing and delivering training programmes and study visits both in Estonia and in partner countries. She has worked with a wide range of target groups, from experts and public officials to senior executives of ministries and government institutions. Her strength lies in tailoring programme content to participants’ needs and the local context, while coordinating the entire process from preparation to delivery. Triinu is also responsible for organising eGA’s annual international e-Governance Conference.
Before joining the e-Governance Academy, Triinu worked for more than ten years in the IT sector as a sales manager and as a project manager in the training and conference field. This experience has given her a strong understanding of the technology sector and the ability to communicate complex IT and digital government topics to audiences with different professional backgrounds and levels of expertise.
Triinu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tartu and has further developed her knowledge in project management and accounting. She works in Estonian, English and Russian.
