The e-Governance Academy (eGA) experts conducted an assessment of public e-services delivery by Administrative Service Centres (ASCs) in the Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts of Ukraine to learn their organisational, technical, and human capacity to be integrated into the nationwide data exchange platform “Trembita”. The assessment was conducted in the Administrative Service Centres (ASCs) that are created within the support of USAID Democratic Governance East Activity.

The assessment was a base for a roadmap development for ASCs to connect public e-service tools to nationwide secure data exchange “Trembita” and implement the data verification process to improve speed and quality of public services delivery to citizens of Ukraine.

The assessment was conducted within USAID initiative to strengthen the connection and trust between citizens and their government in eastern Ukraine to improve Ukraine’s governance and reform processes and help resolve community problems.
