Citizen Portal for Benin

Within the project eGA, Cybernetica and Open SI developed the Beninese Citizen Portal which will contain all public e-services provided by Government of Benin.

eGA conducted the following tasks:

• development of the national e-services portal and its back office to maintenance the portal,
• assistance in developing the first services to be included in the portal (in total 50),
• development of organisational structure, regulatory framework, guidelines, procedures, key standards related to the management of the portal,
• development of technical documentation,
• capacity building of civil servants and technical staff to administer the portal and develop e-services.
