On this website, it is possible to change the contrast of the content to make reading easier.
To enlarge the content, we recommend using the built-in functionality of the web browser: hold down the Ctrl key (Cmd key in OS X) and press the + or – key at the same time.
Another convenient option is to use the mouse: hold down the Ctrl key while moving the mouse scroll wheel. You can return to normal size by pressing the Ctrl and 0 keys at the same time.
All major operating systems include settings to increase the content displayed on the screen.
In Windows 7, you can find a program called Magnifier if you click on the “Start” menu button at the bottom left, type Magnifier (the first few letters are enough) and press Enter. A small window will open in which everything is magnified. By default, the program tracks the position of the mouse cursor. In Windows XP, you can find Magnifier by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnifier.
On Apple computers, to use zoom, navigate to: Apple menu > System Preferences > Accessibility (or Universal Access) > Zoom.
Cyber Balkans 2
Cybersecurity is becoming increasingly important in the Western Balkans as the region advances its EU accession and continues to digitalise public services. As governments, critical infrastructure and businesses rely more on digital services, they also need stronger capabilities to prevent, respond to and recover from cyber threats.
Building on the “Cyber Balkans” project, the “Cyber Balkans 2” supports Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia in strengthening their cybersecurity capacities and aligning more closely with EU standards and requirements.
The project focuses on four areas:
- Strengthening cybersecurity frameworks and institutions by supporting legislative reforms, alignment with EU legislation and stronger cybersecurity governance.
- Building cooperation and awareness by bringing together governments, the private sector, academia and civil society, and by improving cybersecurity awareness across the region.
- Improving cyber incident preparedness and response by building technical response capabilities through cyber exercises, certified training, professional networking and targeted technology support.
- Increasing the cybersecurity talent supply and demand by promoting cybersecurity careers among young people, supporting internships and connections between emerging talent and employers, and strengthening institutional approaches to continuous workforce development. This focus area is led by HAUS.
Through these activities, the project helps strengthen national cybersecurity institutions and cooperation across the Western Balkans, supporting a more resilient region and its progress towards EU membership.
