e-Cabinet System for the Government of Vietnam

The project supported the development and implementation of e-Cabinet System in Vietnam by providing technical advice and recommendations to the Office of Government and Vietnam Telecommunication Technology Group (Viettel) during the process of building up the e-Cabinet System.

The technical consultation covered the following topics:
– system architecture,
– user interface design,
– scenarios of testing and acceptance of the system,
– the acceptance criteria,
– principles of server and infrastructure design.

Moreover, eGA provided recommendations on available solutions and products for the system security, participated in testing and assessing the system, and provided recommendations for improvement based on the developed acceptance criteria before the system is put into to official operation.

The project contributes to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16
