The general aim of the project which lasted for one year from 2009-2010 was the development of local participatory democracy through increase of the skills, competences and motivation of different parties of political process to held an Internet-based dialogue.

The project enables to organize four additional awareness rising e-particiation seminars additionally to the six financed by the NGO Fund, which results in more opportunities for people from different regions to participate in the seminars. The project also supports the establishment of a sustainable network of people interested in and ready to support the development of ICT-enabled participatory democracy.
