Reviewing Albanian e-Services

eGA experts advised Albanian government on Albanian e-services development by assessing 35 key services provided through e-Albania Portal. Moreover, experts reviewed e-service registers and provided a comparative analysis of key findings, alongside with suggestions to improve the current content of these registries.
