Roadmap for the Development of the Digital Eco-System in Montenegro

The development of the digital government starts from the review of existing infrastructure and software platforms and creation of a roadmap based on that. Within the project, eGA experts compiled the roadmap for the development of the digital eco-system and a modern e-Citizen portal for Montenegro. The work included the following activities:

• Analysis/review of existing infrastructure and software platforms in Montenegro,
• proposing best possible scenario of e-governance platforms considering the legacy and modern technologies and processes,
• creation a roadmap for reaching the best possible scenario for e-governance platforms,
• in depth review and recommendations of e-Government Service Bus changes,
• technical specification for procuring new modern e-Government/e-Citizen portal.
