Enhancing Digital Evidence Management in Belgium

The general objective of the project “Digital Evidence for Justice” is to support Belgium in its efforts to implement reforms, which could encourage investment, increase competitiveness, and assist in achieving sustainable economic and social convergence, resilience, and recovery.

The Digital Evidence for Justice project addresses Belgium’s priority of digitalising the justice system. By enhancing evidence management through digital solutions, the project contributes to improving the efficiency and trustworthiness of judicial proceedings.

Key Results:

• Developing a robust blueprint for optimised evidence management.
• Crafting a design proposal for a digital court office system as a new service access point.

The project is funded by the European Union via the Technical Support Instrument.
