E-consul in Kyrgyzstan

An analysis of the local organisational framework and processes was prepared along with descriptions of necessary hardware and software for the future. A prototype of the e-Consul application was developed and discussed with officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan. The project resulted in proposals for the organisational and technical activities needed to implement the e-Consul application in Kyrgyzstan.
