Introducing Azerbaijani e-Government

The project “Azerbaijan and Estonia – Two Eagles in e-Government” supported the development of good governance and e-government in Azerbaijan and international awareness raising on Azerbaijani best practices.

The project resulted in a comparative analysis of e-government in Azerbaijan and Estonia. In addition to recommendations for e-government development in Azerbaijan, a printed and online publication on e-government in both countries was produced. Finally, a cooperation network was established between the relevant government agencies, NGOs and corporate partners in Azerbaijan and Estonia.
