Moldova Cyber Summit: Stronger Together
The Moldova Cyber Summit 2025: Stronger Together is a high-level forum uniting government, industry, and international partners to strengthen Moldova’s cyber resilience.
Over two days, the Summit explores strategic, technical, and human dimensions of cybersecurity — turning local and international lessons into action and highlighting Moldova’s growing role as a regional leader in cyber resilience and European integration.
The event will bring together 150 leaders from government, critical infrastructure sectors, the EU, NATO, and the wider cybersecurity community to advance Moldova’s key priorities for a safer digital society, marking the conclusion of the Moldova Cybersecurity Rapid Assistance project.
The Moldova Cyber Summit will explore and discuss the journey of:
- Strengthening Moldova’s national cybersecurity governance and institutional capacity
- Supporting legislative and operational alignment with European frameworks
- Sharing regional and international experiences in safeguarding critical systems, individual and democratic processes
- Promoting public trust and fostering partnerships among the government, the private sector, and international allies.

Threats in cyberspace are multiplying and evolving faster than ever. From cyber and hybrid attacks to information manipulation and interference, malicious actors exploit gaps in regulation, uneven institutional capacities, and the fragmentation of national and sectoral responses. Too often, cybersecurity, tech governance, hybrid threats, and disinformation are tackled in isolation — limiting the impact of even the best-intentioned initiatives.
