Cyberaan to implement Estonian e-Governance in Afghanistan

Mr. Arvo Ott and Mr. Baseer Ahmad Baheer from Cyberaan Ltd (Afganistan) signed Memorandum of Understanding to encourage and promote cooperation for capacity building in the areas of e-Governance, e-Government Management, and Research for public officials in Central Asia and abroad.

Cyberaan is the Estonian e-government model implementor in Afghanistan and professional partner for the deployment of RoksNet.
