eGA meets the Quality Management Standard ISO 9001:2015
On May 2017 Bureau Veritas awarded e-Governance Academy with the Quality Management Standard ISO 9001:2015.
The certificate of the standard indicates that e-Governance Academy’s project management, training, and consulting services are in compliance with the requirements of Quality Management Standard ISO 9001:2015. The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. According to Hannes Astok, the Deputy Director of eGA, the certificate gives our current and future partners and donors the confidence that e-Governance Academy acts according to the internationally recognized best practices. “We are glad that Bureau Veritas Certification has recognized our commitment and professional approach in conducting our main tasks,” said Astok.
