Georgia to prepare the e-participation strategy
The new e-participation strategy was one of the main topics of the workshop held in Tbilisi today, on 9th of February.
The aim of the workshop was to introduce the goals and scope of the strategy to Georgian representatives of governmental officials and civil society umbrella organizations and to get their input which target groups and topics the strategy has to focus on. The strategy has to be completed by autumn this year.
The workshop was organized by Data Exchange Agency in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and Ivar Tallo, Resident Twinning Advisor and assisted by eGA’s experts Liia Hänni and Kristina Reinsalu.
The e-participation strategy and seminar are expected outcomes of the twinning project “Support to Strengthening of e-Governance in Georgia II” that is leaded by eGA.
