Lauri Almann is the co-founder of CybExer Technologies and a former secretary general of the Estonian Ministry of Defence. Lauri’s experience is related to cyber crisis management on the national level and the delivery of strategic- and executive-level trainings for public and private sector organisations for more than 10 years.
He has created scenarios and directed numerous strategic decision-making exercises across Europe (Germany, Finland, Austria, Portugal, Belgium, Czech Republic, Greece, etc).
