Analysis of education ICT system in Uganda
The main objective was to provide recommendations for enhancing interoperability among educational information systems to advance data exchange and data-driven decision-making to the next level. Specifically:
- To analyze the current state of educational platforms and data flows between them.
- To propose a roadmap for further activities through recommendations.
- To demonstrate potential interoperable solutions for more comprehensive and reliable data structures through a pilot.
The project was jointly carried out with ITL (Aktors)
The project was part of the African Union-European Union (AU-EU) Digital for Development (D4D) Initiative. The general objective of the Initiative was to contribute to closing the digital divide and leveraging digital innovations for inclusive sustainable development in Africa. The specific objective was to strengthen African national and regional partners’ capability to identify and implement priority actions in response to digitalisation challenges.
