Digital Maturity Assessment of Montenegro

eGA experts assisted the Government of Montenegro to prepare the smooth digital transformation of the country based on digital maturity assessment.

Within the project eGA’s experts

• assessed Montenegro’s digital maturity and preparedness to implement e-governance reform and to support the digitisation of services relevant for businesses,
• provided recommendation that would address all areas relevant for digital transformation of Montenegro with additional focus on the potential benefits for the private sector,
• proposed the governance model with an explanation of the scope of work and members of each organisational unit of the government that would be optimal for enabling the smooth digital transformation of Montenegro.
