e-Governance Roadmap for Iraq

The development of the digital government starts from the digital maturity assessment that defines the bases and a starting point for future developments.

The objective of the project was to develop 5 roadmaps to further digitalization in Iraq:

•  review of the legal committee under Committee 22
• review of the organization of Committee 22
• data exchange
• national cloud strategy
• digital skills (curricula review)

In parallel, a capacity needs asssessment report was drafted to review the needs for developing the digital skills of public officials, followed by 5 e-courses.
