To enlarge the content, we recommend using the built-in functionality of the web browser: hold down the Ctrl key (Cmd key in OS X) and press the + or – key at the same time.
Another convenient option is to use the mouse: hold down the Ctrl key while moving the mouse scroll wheel. You can return to normal size by pressing the Ctrl and 0 keys at the same time.
All major operating systems include settings to increase the content displayed on the screen.
In Windows 7, you can find a program called Magnifier if you click on the “Start” menu button at the bottom left, type Magnifier (the first few letters are enough) and press Enter. A small window will open in which everything is magnified. By default, the program tracks the position of the mouse cursor. In Windows XP, you can find Magnifier by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnifier.
On Apple computers, to use zoom, navigate to: Apple menu > System Preferences > Accessibility (or Universal Access) > Zoom.
Tonga Enterprise Architecture for Developing ICT Infrastructure

The project developed the foundations for sustainable digital government in the Kingdom of Tonga (Tonga) by developing the foundations for interoperability in the public sector. It focused on the creation, maintenance and management of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, data strategies, interoperability, and technology evaluation processes.
As part of the project, the e-Governance Academy (eGA) developed and maintained the Tonga Enterprise Architecture Framework (TEAF) and created business architecture models aligned with the Government of Tonga’s digital transformation goals. These frameworks provide a structured approach to planning, managing, and modernising government ICT systems.
eGA also analysed opportunities to optimise government ICT investments, improve cost efficiency, and developed processes for evaluating public authorities and shared government information systems, supporting more effective and coordinated digital governance.
The project was implemented as part of the World Bank-supported e-Government Support Project in Tonga, which aimed to modernise the country’s digital government ecosystem. The broader programme supported the development of ICT infrastructure, government information systems, digital public services, and governance frameworks needed to implement the Tonga Digital Government Strategy and deliver more efficient, citizen-centred public services.
