Analysis of the e-inclusion practices of Estonian government agencies
The main objective for analysing the government agencies e-inclusion practices is to map the current situation in Estonia, indicate the bottlenecks and provide concrete recommendations for improving the situation. The analysis is directly aimed at communication specialists, inclusion specialists and officials who are in daily dialogue with the public and non-governmental partners. An important target group is also politicians whose decisions shape the overall environment in which the public authorities operate and conduct involvement. We hope that the work will also help CSOs and active citizens to become more aware of their opportunities for participation in decision-making processes that take place at the level of public authorities.
