Accessibility
On this website, it is possible to change the contrast of the content to make reading easier.
To enlarge the content, we recommend using the built-in functionality of the web browser: hold down the Ctrl key (Cmd key in OS X) and press the + or – key at the same time.
Another convenient option is to use the mouse: hold down the Ctrl key while moving the mouse scroll wheel. You can return to normal size by pressing the Ctrl and 0 keys at the same time.
All major operating systems include settings to increase the content displayed on the screen.
In Windows 7, you can find a program called Magnifier if you click on the “Start” menu button at the bottom left, type Magnifier (the first few letters are enough) and press Enter. A small window will open in which everything is magnified. By default, the program tracks the position of the mouse cursor. In Windows XP, you can find Magnifier by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnifier.
On Apple computers, to use zoom, navigate to: Apple menu > System Preferences > Accessibility (or Universal Access) > Zoom.
Digital government trainings in Estonia and beyond
Experience digital government in action at its source. Estonia is one of the world’s leading digital societies, where nearly all public services are delivered online through secure, interoperable, and user-centric systems, making it a global benchmark for modern governance.
At the e-Governance Academy (eGA), we offer immersive training programmes and study visits that provide direct access to Estonia’s digital ecosystem. Participants engage with the institutions, experts, and solutions behind Estonia’s success, gaining first-hand insights into how digital government works in practice, not just in theory.
With over 20 years of experience and more than 450 trainings delivered worldwide, eGA designs tailored programmes that translate Estonia’s experience into practical, adaptable solutions for partner countries.
What we provide
eGA applies a structured and tailored approach to ensure each training meets the beneficiary’s needs and strategic goals:
- Assessing needs and defining objectives
Understanding partners’ priorities, challenges, and digital transformation goals to ensure relevant and impactful learning - Selecting the right format
Determining together whether the programme should be delivered on-site or online, based on objectives and context - Designing tailored training programmes
Developing customised agendas covering topics such as change management, digital government architecture, policies, interoperability, data exchange, eID, cybersecurity, regulatory frameworks, data governance, e-services, AI, e-justice, e-health, ICT in education, entrepreneurship, and more - Ensuring outcome-driven learning
Defining clear, actionable outcomes aligned with broader digital transformation goals - Providing practical tools and follow-up support
Equipping participants with practical knowledge and actionable insights they can immediately apply within their organisations
Our projects
The majority of the training sessions and seminars delivered over the past two decades have been five-day courses in Estonia, focused two-country programmes, or week-long missions featuring interactive meetings and seminars held within the beneficiary country.
