On this website, it is possible to change the contrast of the content to make reading easier.
To enlarge the content, we recommend using the built-in functionality of the web browser: hold down the Ctrl key (Cmd key in OS X) and press the + or – key at the same time.
Another convenient option is to use the mouse: hold down the Ctrl key while moving the mouse scroll wheel. You can return to normal size by pressing the Ctrl and 0 keys at the same time.
All major operating systems include settings to increase the content displayed on the screen.
In Windows 7, you can find a program called Magnifier if you click on the “Start” menu button at the bottom left, type Magnifier (the first few letters are enough) and press Enter. A small window will open in which everything is magnified. By default, the program tracks the position of the mouse cursor. In Windows XP, you can find Magnifier by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnifier.
On Apple computers, to use zoom, navigate to: Apple menu > System Preferences > Accessibility (or Universal Access) > Zoom.
Implementing data exchange platforms
In a digital society, data must flow securely, efficiently, and in real time. Without a strong interoperability framework, public services remain fragmented, slow, and costly by creating unnecessary administrative burdens for citizens, businesses, and governments alike.
A secure and scalable data exchange platform transforms how governments operate. It enables seamless, real-time information sharing across institutions, reduces duplication, and supports the delivery of integrated digital services. Beyond infrastructure, it strengthens data-driven decision-making, improves transparency, and builds trust in public institutions.
At the e-Governance Academy (eGA), we support governments in designing and implementing national data exchange platforms through a structured, end-to-end approach. Our work integrates legal, organisational, and technical components to build resilient, future-proof systems that accelerate digital transformation.
What we provide
eGA’s support for implementing data exchange platforms includes:
- Assessing current data ecosystems and defining strategy
Analysing existing systems, datasets, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, data gaps, and quality issues, while defining institutional roles and a clear interoperability roadmap - Designing interoperability frameworks and architectures
Supporting the development of national interoperability frameworks, including data standards, governance models, and integration approaches aligned with best practices - Developing and piloting data exchange solutions
Setting up pilot environments, testing integrations between systems and services, and validating technical solutions before scaling - Implementing secure and scalable platforms
Supporting procurement, deployment, and secure rollout of data exchange platforms, ensuring interoperability across institutions - Standardising and improving data quality
Advising on data cleansing, entity-based standardisation, and register integration to ensure consistent and reliable data exchange - Building capacity and supporting change management
Delivering training, supporting institutional adaptation, and strengthening technical and organisational capabilities - Ensuring sustainability and continuous improvement
Establishing monitoring mechanisms, governance structures, and long-term maintenance models to ensure lasting impact and local ownership
