In Windows 7, you can find a program called Magnifier if you click on the “Start” menu button at the bottom left, type Magnifier (the first few letters are enough) and press Enter. A small window will open in which everything is magnified. By default, the program tracks the position of the mouse cursor. In Windows XP, you can find Magnifier by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Magnifier.
On Apple computers, to use zoom, navigate to: Apple menu > System Preferences > Accessibility (or Universal Access) > Zoom.
Supporting digital governance coordination
Many governments face a common challenge: fragmented systems and siloed decision-making that slow down digital transformation. When institutions operate independently, even the most ambitious national digital strategies struggle to deliver real impact. Effective digital governance requires a unified approach built on a clear understanding of key resources, including institutions, people, systems, services, and data.
Shared registries, interoperable catalogues, and structured data ecosystems form the backbone of coordinated digital governance. When these elements are aligned, governments can make better decisions, reduce duplication, and accelerate service delivery.
Strong coordination is also about people and processes. Clear governance structures, defined roles, and effective collaboration mechanisms enable faster development, higher-quality outcomes, and more efficient use of public resources—reducing both investment and operational costs.
Drawing on Estonia’s globally recognised digital government experience and extensive international work, the e-Governance Academy (eGA) helps governments design and implement effective digital governance coordination models for nationwide digital transformation. We support the optimisation of organisational structures, clarify roles and workflows, and introduce tools that provide a comprehensive overview of data, systems, and services.
What we provide
eGA’s support for digital governance coordination includes:
- Mapping key stakeholders and designing effective governance structures and coordination processes
- Defining clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making mechanisms across the digital ecosystem
- Advising on legal and regulatory adjustments to enable more efficient coordination
- Setting measurable milestones to track progress and impact
- Supporting change management to align institutions and stakeholders
- Advising on budgetary and policy tools to strengthen coordination and execution
- Implementing interoperable catalogues for systems, services, and master data to enable cross-government collaboration
- Supporting the use of emerging technologies, including AI-driven analytics and automation, to strengthen coordination, improve decision-making, and enhance responsiveness
- Applying advanced tools such as data analytics, sentiment analysis, performance monitoring, and predictive insights to drive better outcomes
